Trainer: (TBC) –  45% Available.

Partnership: Richard Whitelaw, Monique McClymont.

We are delighted to offer this cracking Colt by the hugely exciting 1st season sire AWTAAD.

The Classic winning miler AWTAAD, a strapping son of Cape Cross, captured the imagination of all who saw him and, as a result, his first full book of mares included no less than 60% Black Type winners or Black Type producers.

The fruits of those coverings have been equaling encouraging and, with another high quality book following on behind, his stud career has got off to the best possible start.

Derrinstown has left the fee for its leading light Awtaad at €15,000 as part of what will be an unchanged four-strong stallion roster for 2020.

The Irish 2,000 Guineas winner, a son of Cape Cross, has always been available at this price since he arrived at the stud and his first yearlings were well-received across Europe this year, averaging £78,980 and bolstered by three six-figure purchases by Shadwell at Goffs Orby including a half-brother to another Classic hero, Phoenix Of Spain, for €400,000.

Our Colts Dam ‘North Mare’ was a winner at 3 and has produced one runner which is a winner, we are looking forward to the debut of her other progeny, a colt by Sea the Stars who cost a cool £100,000 as a yearling.

A smashing big strong filly by the Group-1 winning 2yo ZOFFANY by Dansili, Out of a Machiavillian mare just like Shamardal and Dark Angel.

“Zoffany had a flying start to his stallion career, siring Royal Ascot winners in his first crop. He now has bigger crops from better mares on the way and I think the best is yet to come. I’m a big fan of Dansili (GB) and I think Zoffany could be one of the leading sires in Europe in the next few years.” Laurent Benoit (Broadhurst Agency)

“he’s very smart, and just about the best of the miling 3yo’s after Frankel” Timeform
Sire of 57 Stakes performers (15 Group Winners, 15 Listed Winners)

Yearlings in 2019 sold for €485,000€330,000€280,000€245,000€220,000 etc.

Our fillies dam DINGLE VIEW was an 11 time winner including at Group 3 level and stakes placed 5 times, she had a best RPR-106 and has already produced one winner ‘Aussie View’ best RPR-82 by Australia from two runners. She has an exciting 2yo by Gleneagles who is owned by Clipper Logistics and trained by William Haggas named ‘Queens Course’ who debuts on 9th Nov at Doncaster. Haras de Montaigu

Partnership: Duncan McClymont, Tony McLaughlin, Richard Whitelaw.

Trainer: (TBC) –  35% Available.

I was delighted to purchase this cracking Colt by 1st Season Sire TERRITORIES, he was a Classic-placed, Group 1-winning miler from the immediate family of top-class stallions SHAMARDAL and STREET CRY, he covered 274 mares in his first two books, with 84% closely related to Stakes horses.

Darley Stallion Territories is in his 3rd year at Dalham Stud Newmarket, he is a son of the mighty Invincible Spirit and was one of the top three year old milers of 2015 when he scored in the Group 1 Prix Jean Prat at Chantilly and was a close second in the 2000 Guineas. He was rated 119 in the world rankings, only 3lbs below the double Guineas winner Gleneagles.

Territories certainly made a splash at the 2019 Tattersalls Book-1 and Book 2 Yearlings sales with 15 lots going through the ring with an average price of £76,000.

This Colt’s dam,  ISALOU was a winner at 3 and has already produced 5 winners from 6 runners, with horses capable of running to marks of 72-88-92-99 and 104, with two of them securing black-type.
